FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost to reserve a car?

To reserve a car you’re interested in, you will need to place a fully refundable £99 fee via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in to make payment; alternatively, PayPal offers a Guest Checkout facility.

PayPal is an approved and trusted payments service that provides a safe and secure environment for your reservation transaction.

How does the reserve online process work?

Once you click the ‘Reserve Now’ button on the dedicated vehicle page for the car you like, you’ll be redirected to the payment page.

Here, you’ll be asked to pay the fully refundable £50 reservation fee as well as confirm your personal and card details. A payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

The car will then be exclusively reserved by you for 24 hours from the date of your payment confirmation. A member of the team will be in touch to arrange an appointment and test drive.

During your 24 hour reservation period, the car will not be sold to anyone else and we do not accept more than one reservation for any car at the same time.

What happens if I don’t want the car?

Just because you reserved the car, it doesn’t mean you have to buy it. If you decide that you don’t want the car, we’ll refund your reservation fee in full.

Similarly, you can cancel the reservation even without seeing the car and we’ll still give you the full £50 reservation fee back. If you want to cancel your reservation, call us on 0117 336 4175 with your name and the car you’ve reserved.

Is the reservation fee used as part of my deposit?

No, the reservation fee is only used to confirm the availability of the car. When you decide to buy the car, we’ll refund the reservation fee in full and the car purchase will be treated as a separate transaction.

How long does the reservation fee refund take to process?

The reservation fee refund can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.
