I bought a van from Liam at Avanti around two months ago and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they were honest, straightforward and did exactly what they said they would do.

What really stood out for us is the care they took, not just with their vehicles but with their customers too. Dario, one of the managers is excellent and knows what’s happening all the time. It is clear they take pride in what they sell and in making sure people are looked after properly.

We did had a couple of small issues since buying the van, which of course nobody wants, but with any second-hand vehicle it is not realistic to expect that nothing will ever crop up. What mattered to us most was how the issues were dealt with, and Avanti have been absolutely brilliant. They handled everything fairly, professionally and without hesitation.

Sometimes the most useful reviews are not just from people who have never needed to go back, but from people who have seen how a company responds when something needs sorting. Based on our experience, I would say they genuinely care, they stand by their word and they look after their customers properly. A really honest and trustworthy company, and one I would happily recommend.
