Had a brilliant experience buying from Avanti. The process was very speedy and professional, turn around was a few weeks from me turning up without an appointment to getting the car.
The car (BMW 220d) has been great and their checks and professionalism covered everything, and I would recommend them to others.
Only 4 Stars due to who they chose for the warranty. A1 Approved is the worst I have ever dealt with, they will ONLY pay out for complete failures of covered components. If you notice something wrong do get it diagnosed until it breaks if you get this warranty.
My steering rack has started knocking, sure wear and tear but hasn’t failed but can and probably will if not addressed. Got this checked by a garage and put through to my warranty company which has come back and said they WILL NOT cover it as it has not failed and will not cover it now i know its an issue. Utter Scam this warranty company is, they won’t payout, do not get the warranty!

Always cynical with buying used vehicles….not any more. Avanti have made the process simple, easy, friendly and professional. Very happy and highly recommended.

I reserved a 4×4 online and was invitied in for a test drive when it arrived in stock. A couple of faults were identifed and fixed pre-delivery; a couple more faults showed up afterwards and so it had to go back to the workshop two or three times. I guess this happens sometimes in the second-hand market, but the Avanti team were great throughout the whole process and obviously determined to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Would I buy from them again? Definitely.

Yesterday we made our first used car purchase for about six years, we weren’t particularly looking forward to it to be honest then found the car we wanted from Avanti. From the initial call right through to the final purchase we had 5-star service. We were kept well informed, treated extremely well by the knowledgeable and far from pushy staff. I arrived to view a couple of vehicles and found that all cars in the garage were kept to an immaculate standard. The valet work was fantastic. The youngest brother of Dario was working and it was his first week, he was a natural as he was a very friendly nice lad! This seems to run in the family, as I dealt with Dario and he made me feel very welcome and relaxed. I liked that fact that I was very close to purchasing a vechicle and changed my mind at the last minute to another vechicle in the garage, purely due to one having a lower mileage and this suited me more better :-). Enjoyed a couple of test drives with Dario, and as I’ve bought many cars over the years, I would say that this is one of the best garages in terms of just leaving you make your own mind up and not pushy at all. It’s one month since I made my purchase and I am very happy with my car. 🙂 My only suggestion would be for a small area for customers to have tea/coffee, that’s just because I enjoyed my time:)

Came down from Scotland to view then purchase a 3 Series Coupe. Paid a deposit on the first visit and the guys held the car for me for 2 weeks no hassles while I sorted out the remaining balance. The indoor showroom where all the cars are kept meant they stay out the “sometimes” bad weather so when you view you can get a real good look all round and underneath the cars easily. Traded in my Focus ST without any issues, just shy of the WBAC.com valuation which was fine with me. Would recommend using these guys if you see the car you want.

Bought Pathfinder after initially reading fantastic reviews from previous buyers. I traveled 224 miles by train and was met by Avanti at Temple Meads station on time and free of charge. Pathfinder was as described and in superb condition for used car. Not perfect but then I am only paying third of price of new car. Very friendly – relaxed atmosphere – no pressure sales approach — free 1 year RAC breakdown – 3 months warranty thrown in. Would recommend Avanti to anyone looking for honest approach to car sales

Avanti are a forward thinking company. Avanti Automotive conduct themselver in a polite and respectful manner. They listen to what you are saying and take the time to explain clearly about each vehicle. The standard of the vehicles is impeccable with some of the best prepared vehicles that I have personally ever seen. The paint, alloys, interiors, engine bay, are all valeted to a superb level. Many garages say that the vehicles are ‘showroom condition’ – with Avanti the cars really are superb. The personal service which the whole team deliver is reassuring and relaxed. These guys know what they are doing. They pride themselves on a range of cars which does them justice. They are extremely selective about which cars they source and how they prepare them for sale. I bought a Audi S3 with 43,000 mile on the clock. Honestly the car looked brand new inside and out, amazing for a 10 year old car. I cannot recommend Avanti highly enough – you will not be disappointed dealing with these guys.

Exceptional level of service

I was extremely pleased with my recent purchase of my Audi TT RS from avanti automotive. I went to see the car on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised with the standard of the cars and the level of service offered. I didn’t drive the car that day as was in a bit of a rush and I went off to drive a similar car at a dealership north of Newbury which sold very exotic sports cars. The cars were very similar and I test drove the car and realised it was the right model for me. I was very close to buying the car from the other dealer but decided to come back and visit Avanti again to test drive their car. When I turned up the car was beautifully presented inside and outside and smelled very fresh and had also had a steam cleaning the engine bay. The quality of the car was excellent as described. The whole process was very smooth and level of care was exceptional. The three brothers are a credit to the Car trade. They treat you in a very professional and friendly manner. Many thanks again

Professional, Reliable, Affordable and Pain free

I bought a Mazda 6 2013 through these lovely guys at Avanti. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by a beautiful luxury inventory and two friendly faces. You can see that they take pride in how they present themselves and their company. The paper work was pain free, all information was provided, all documents tidy inside a plastic envelop and warranty information was explained before signing. The car had a couple of very minor things which were over-looked, they transferred the money to my bank account as soon as I sent them the invoice! No questions asked, with complete support from the dealer. As someone who has worked in the car industry, these guys are doing their trade proud. I’d recommend them to anybody, it’s rare to find dealers at this standard these days at very affordable prices. Pain free, amazing and beautiful car.

Unbelievable Customer Care & Attention To Detail

I bought a audi s4 avant which was prepped to a very high standard, upon arrival there was no pushy sales pitch just gave me the keys & let look over the car after a test drive i bought the car it was after this that avanti really started to excel upon getting onto the m4 the gearbox suffered complete failure which resulted in me getting stranded in the inside lane causing chaos after calling avanti to explain what had happened they arranged for recovery back to the showroom they offered a full refund including the full amount of petrol that i had put in & both my train tickets back to sussex after explaining that i still wanted the car they arranged for a complete gearbox overhall with constant updates on the progress they even offered to get it delivered to my address, which i declined. In all my years of driving i have never come across this level of customer care after the breakdown they were devestated & the way that they dealt with the whole process is 2nd to none

I bought a lovely Focus ST from the Avanti crew during lockdown and it was immaculately presented and perfect in every way, despite it being an older car no expense was spared in the preparation of the car and a small minor issue with the bonnet latch was rectified within hours of me reporting it to them. I have since been back to the dealership since it has expanded and the stock portfolio and presentation is second to none, look forward to buying another one soon!

I found the whole team at Avanti a pleasure to deal with. The car I wanted to buy was well priced and in fantastic condition and I was also given a very fair price for my old car in exchange. One small unforeseen problem a few weeks after collection was dealt with by the warranty with no questions asked.
